Spinach with raisins volver

INTRODUCTION

Raisins combine well with boiled vegetables and then sautéed. To make the following recipe, we will have to remove the seeds from the raisins and leave them to soak for a few hours. EInstead of spinach we can also do with poppies and collejas. It can also be made with chicory but we must boil them twice.

INGREDIENTS

- Half a kilo of spinach.

- 125 ml. of liquid cream.

- 100 grams of muscat raisins.

- 1 cup of oil.

- 2  cloves of garlic.

- A few pine nuts.

- A pinch of salt.

- A pinch of nutmeg.

ELABORATION

Boil the spinach with not too much water. Drain the water and chop the spinach.
In a separate pan, heat the oil and brown the pine nuts and rolled garlic.

Spices.

Add the chopped spinach, raisins and let it fry over medium heat, a few minutes while stirring. Finally add the cream and leave it on the fire for another minute.
